Moving can either be really easy, or really tough - luckily for me I was referred to Lisa since my Miami realtor wasn't too familiar with the Broward area. It's been nearly 2 years now that I've been living in Broward and moving up here has been one of the best decisions I ever made - but it's all thanks to Lisa. I met her up one day at Broward Mall. Left my car there and hopped in with her. First place we went to was nice - but a little dated. I NEVER felt she was trying to pressure to get the transaction done. She blatantly said - yea I didn't like it either - on to the next one. The next one was worse - once again, she gave her candid feedback. Then we came to the location where I currently live. A nice townhouse, in a nice community, with a decent yard, pet friendly (and a pretty awesome landlord).
